S/SH single-stage double-suction horizontal centrifugal pump

OUTLINE(double-suction pump)

The series product is single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump for transporting clean water and other liquid which has the physical or chemical properties to those of water. The series products inhalation mouth and exports are under the axis line with the axis line vertical. When you examine and repair the split pump, there is no need to disassemble the inlet, drainage and motor house(or other original motivation).

From the flange coupling point of view to the pump, you can install the driving machine on the right side or left side according to the necessary(That is, facing the outlet, if the driving machine is on the left side, it rotates clockwise, if the driving machine on the right side, it rotates anticlockwise).

There are spiral hole used for installing the vacuum meter and pressure meter on the flange of inlet or outlet.

After static checkout, the impeller can be fixed by the sleeve and sleeve nuts on the both side, the direction of the axis can be adjusted by the sleeve nuts, the axial force can be balanced through the symmetric design of impeller. There may be some remaining axial force which will be borne by the end of bearing.

The pump bearing is supported by two separate centripetal ball bearings.

Double-suction seal ring is used to reduce leakage water at pump impeller.

Application scope

The series product is applied to the water supply and circulation conditions where broad flow and certain head requirements, such as urban water supply and drainage, centralized heating system water supply and drainage, metallurgical enterprises, petrochemical industries, paper making, oil, power plant and power station, the construction of the airport, and chemical fiber plants, textile, sugar industries, chemical plants, and support and drainage power station, and also mine fire fighting water supply system, air-conditioning water supply system, farmland irrigation and drainage, and other water conservancy.
